Bridging the chasm of the impossible is my life purpose.
I am a foodie, wife, bodybuilder, leadership coach, motivational speaker, nutrition and wellness specialist, former fat girl, and many other things.
The first decade of my career was spent working up the corporate ladder and eating along the way. After finding myself in obese class 1, landing my dream job running a medium sized business, and living the life everyone else wanted, I abruptly came to realize I wasn’t living at all. After admitting to myself that I wanted more from life, I went on an arduous journey to find out who I was created to be and how to live it out.
Through speaking, coaching, and training I empower people get their lives back, even more than they thought possible.
Certified in coaching by the John Maxwell Leadership Team and The Coaches Institute as well as holding my personal training certification (CPTC), I bring a holistic approach on how to find and live the life you were created for.
When I’m not coaching or speaking, I can be found writing or lifting heavy things in the gym, as natural bodybuilding is my favorite hobby. I can be found tweeting from @bikiniorbust starting at 4:30 am most mornings and would love to have early morning coffee with you.

Hey, good for you Donloree. I read about the very exciting transformations in the Edmonton Journal (Oct 11th). I recognized the eyes at first, then as I read the article I felt a such a sense of pride for you. Good luck in the competitions and all the best in life!
Bruce Coles
you are a true inspiration. well done and keep it up…
tell me, where and what are your goals now?
Thank you! I am going to compete in April and most likely October again…but that’s not really ‘what’s next’. I would like to get my pro card with the INBF, write a book, and find a way to help women see how much potential they have and how to fully step into who they are. That’s kinda vague, but definitely where my heart is. Over the next 6 months there are 15 of us that are going to be sharing our stories through my blog as we all give it our all and compete all naturally. Should be fun to see what happens with all of us next!
I laughed out loud at your description of yourself in your 20s. That’s exactly where I am now…except I’d be lucky to make it 30 seconds running. I’ve been trying to get in shape, but feeling completely overwhelmed at the prospect. Thanks so much for sharing this, it definately gives me hope!
