    I was going to go back to the Y then I remembered how starving I get after working out. What are your suggestions for eating post work out? I don’t do the the paleo diet, tho.

    I wanted to hear about the thyroid stuff to as back uin the day, I had a diagnosis of “plummers syndrme” (not in any of the books that I could find), but it’s that sometimes it overactive and sometimes its underactive.
    My only thought was that maybe is’t emotional- which I discounted for years, but not believe to be true.

      After workouts I can be found chowing down in the change room. I usually eat the other half of my hot kasha cereal and apples, greek yogurt and berries, or a protein drink. I don’t really like doing protein drinks because I like to eat my food! :) I am paleo-esque…I just eat fruit, veggies, cheese, and lean protein for the most part. I try to eat whole foods as much as possible. A rice cake with a tablespoon of peanut butter is also a great choice. You want to refill your muscles with good foods! :)
